I will never get over Tavistock, NJ, population five-and-a-golf-course, formed for the sole purpose of getting around 1920's blue laws that prohibited golfing on Sundays. The mayor and two commissioners represent, AFAIK, all three of the households in town, and the borough has five part-time employees.
And they can't rejoin the borough they split from because that borough is STILL dry (although it probably does allow golfing now).
