    On the upside, new coworker said I look like a specific classic bodybuilder. So I guess the new focus on protein is helping. Though I am not aiming to be a bodybuilder.

    The thermogenic effects did kick in pretty much immediately. My leaning out almost doubled. Well, 150%.
