I agree as well, Stallman talks are great if you are interested in the philosophy and the social, ethical and political aspects of Free Software. But I'm not sure if you will find the right arguments to teach companies about the economic values of Free Software. @ralph I don't know if rms is the right person to bridge that gap. I see him more as someone you can enjoy learning from once you're already in the camp.
