https://indy.im/attachment/18100 Well WTF! I walk past this place everyday. It is shutup shop front. Someone has been living there for a year ? 2 years ? There has been cardboard and sleeping bags stashed there for a long time. I went past the other day, They were asleep there. They had pulled a road sign up to block off the entrance. To make a door.
Today I went past and the place is cleared out. cleased.
I hope the person who lived there is OK.
I feel sad to see them disappeared.

@bob Is there anywhere else apart from the urban city centre that has such a concatenation of differences. I live in a city centre. I have to step over homeless people to leave my home. Next door to me is a shop that sells ripped jeans for £500 a pair. People from suburbs visit to drink in bars and buy in fashion shops.
I love the city centre.. and resist gentrification and "mall"ification of it. The street should allow many uses... not just commodity. But ... I don't think many people understand that.
