Basic features of pleroma chat, release soon.

- Realtime chat across instances
- Unlimited rooms per server
- Federates over ActivityPub
- Ephemeral (for now) like IRC, but with a server-side buffer of a few hundred lines
- Can be used with your existing pleroma account
