@mangeurdenuage Well, functional crypto requires more knowledge than "how to read". Unless you mean that every software out there should have a 10 part questionnaire before being able to use it. And also automatically enable things like screen locking, good passwords, full disk encryption etc. Also automagically teaching people the importance of fingerprint verification.
Mye. Anyone I can't trust to have screen locks and good passwords is someone I don't care to communicate with more securely than making sure it's all over TLS. And that probably doesn't matter either since they'll probably have some random third party completely insecure CA auto-trusted by their OS which can sign *.com for whomever wants to do that.
