   Ah! The reason my payment to the exchange is not coming through is because the #bitcoinatm that sent me the funds to begin with used too low a fee. That's unusual -- last time I even growled a bit that they set the fee to high.
   
   Would be nice if the ATM allowed you to set a fee.
   
   Had I noticed this from the beginning, I could have set a higher fee on the child transaction. Lesson for next time, and a second box on the checklist:
   
   - Always check https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/ before setting my fee.
   - Always check the fee on the incoming transaction.

     Maybe also a third box:
     - Never use Send All Funds, always leave a sliver of change, so that you have access to creating a child transaction you could boost.

     That "Transaction Accelerator" looks like a scam, but I figured hey, I'll look into it.
