Hi I'm still here to yell about Arrival (and Story of Your Life, the short story upon which it is based) being a really well-made sci-fi film based on a premise literally no one with any knowledge in the field would EVER consider to be even remotely plausible.

And that's allowing for the Heptapods to exist as written, ftr.
