   Hey friends. Do you ever go over your old comments/posts from years ago?

   Is it... is it just me or is that experience the strangest complexion of nostalgia, depression, inexplicable interest?

   It's something I can get lost in for hours but very bittersweet, and I think how weird it is that I cared about any of it

     I have on occasion looked at my identi.ca posts from 2008. That year was so exciting, anything was possible. The federated, free software networked world was ours to make.
     
     And now here we are. Trying to get back to then.
