The problem in that regard incidentally, is there is literally nowheres else to go at this point in my life. I have been on every pain management medication you can be on at some point, and your body becomes acclimated. Well - not every ones - there's a few ones I have not, but they are extremely tightly-controlled in-development kinds of medications, so that's not a particularly viable option unless public health covers them. The best I can hope for is to switch to a equivalent dosage of a previous medication I was on some time ago and hope that it helps for a time. I will probably be spinning that wheel a lot more in the months and years to come, each time lasting lesser and lessxer time, until it just doesn't help at all. It's not a particularly cheery outlook, no. I know.

As to the circulation pretty much everyone is at a loss. The procedures should have helped improve circulation and relieve pressure on the heart but it *hasnt* and they have no idea thusfar why. They have a few theories but nothing they can definitively prove and nothing that's had an answer to the problem which has been effective.
