Yes. Netflix blamed original suppliers for their DRM, but when they keep it turned on for their own productions as well, that shows how hypocritical that position was. Similar to, but sort of opposite to, how Jobs called DRM (specifically, HDCP) "a bag of hurt" until Apple got around to implementing it.
