    I hang out with a bunch of lefties so I am completely boggled that the Conservatives think it's selling point that they'd trash human rights stuff so that they can screw us over.

    But also, even though I can't imagine what this is like at all, I *know* that there are people out there frightened enough that they feel this is a good idea. There have been SO MANY terrorist attacks lately.

    Just. Please. Don't touch the human rights laws. Terrorists are bad, but that doesn't mean we should be, too.
