I have http://circulosmeos.wordpress.com/2014/04/12/google-drive-direct-download-of-big-files apparently
there's a few; the ones I found are written in Go despite me not specifically looking in that direction (as I am a Go developer)
disclaimer: I'm on OS X now, but these should still work on Linux
