   well, there was the baby announcement, but also there was an email to users. I assume the two are related. I assume he's busy, so I'll just post the email here.

   I regret to inform you that the micro.fragdev.com GNUsocial instance will most likely be shutting down on June 30th, 2017, for reasons that should
   both be apparent, and become apparent shortly.
   
   A formal announcement will be posted in a week or so. I just wanted to give y'all the heads up personally (well, as personal as a bash script
   with a list of recipients gets).
   
   If you have any questions, or wanted any data/stuff that only I can provide, please let me know. Otherwise, I'm glad you were able to get
   some use out of the GNUsocial instance - it was fun running it. :)

     @musicman I'm a half-decent drummer, a good cajonist, a passable bassist, a fairly reasonable pianist, and I can play marginally more chords on the guitar than Status Quo. Also @moosical plays the saxophone. 😆 (And no, no non-fragdev for Caroline)

     fairly recent. I misspoke though in my original. It's only a possibility. Still, micro.fragdev has enough issues it's probably time to put it down.
