   @nds how much of that is because of the github hype train? Bzr is very usable and most folks don't hit hg's limitations on smaller projects. I think a huge part of Git's success is the centralization of a decentralized system. People just don't seem to want decentralization.

     we have to battle the "git = github" issue at work every day. A lot of people don't understand that all you need for git is a filesystem and the client.
