@perloid Nice. The temp control helps with delicate soldering jobs like that RPi Zero will be.

@perloid Yea, its better to have a iron with a temp control. You can find the 'sweet spot'. Too much heat, you can lift the pad or harm the components. Too little heat you have to sit on the pad too long... and risk lifting the pad or harming the components. Its best to get the iron just right. Get in, heat everything quick/right, melt solder, get out. (different solders melt at different temps as will. ones with lead, no lead, tin, etc...)
