   @kat The "rote Flora" is really ... special :-) Have you been there before? Its the center of the left (and ultra left) community of germany, I think.
   
   The building was occupied several years before. Two years ago the official owner tried to get rid of the occupants. This resulted in some interesting weeks with conflicts between the police and protesters.
   
   At the end the city bought the building from the official owner to calm the people down.
