Looking northeast over Lake Michigan just after sunset. The water is gray-blue and lapping gently on a tan, sandy beach. A small beacon is visible at the end of a breakwater that extends out into the lake. The sky near the horizon is rosy red, then a yellow-pink, and finally evening blue.
