TNG scene. Okay so we're in Picard's ready room or a conference room or maybe a formal room. Basically we're in a room and it's not ten forward or the bridge. We're looking at Picard in his red formal dress uniform holding out a hand like he just handed something away. Standing next to him is an extraordinarily tall fellow, alien of some sort, wearing a shiny fancy jacket, blue pants, with white/grey skin. He's bald and looks like Lurch from the Adams Family. In picture one, Lurch guy is drinking from a large glass bottle full of blue liquid, across from Picard. In picture 2, he's still drinking and now there's less blue liquid. In picture 3 his head is fully tilted back chugalugg style and he's drunk the whole bottle. In the 4th picture Picard is just looking at him all shookethly. No caption.
