@throgh I use 'playonlinux' with the latest staging version of wine. I also have a huge list of games that I've tested here: https://stigatle.no/index.php/2016/08/02/steam-games-for-windows-that-works-with-wine-on-linux/ I will update it soon with the new gog games I've bought (the ones already mentioned).
I have my big list of tested windows games that works in wine here - https://stigatle.no/index.php/2016/08/02/steam-games-for-windows-that-works-with-wine-on-linux/ More to be added soon! :)
@kzimmermann I have my list here if that helps you in any way: https://stigatle.no/index.php/2016/08/02/steam-games-for-windows-that-works-with-wine-on-linux/
@failtime I just noticed that, because I was updating my post here: https://stigatle.no/index.php/2016/08/02/steam-games-for-windows-that-works-with-wine-on-linux/ And I looked for more games In my library that I had not tested yet (That CIV version was one of them). I have some more testing to do as well.
Updated my list of steam games that works with Wine\Playonlinux. https://stigatle.no/index.php/2016/08/02/steam-games-for-windows-that-works-with-wine-on-linux/ Added some games to the 'does work' list and tested some more that failed. I have more games to test, so I will keep updating as I go along.
Been testing a lot of windows game with Wine, I posted my current results here: https://stigatle.no/index.php/2016/08/02/steam-games-for-windows-that-works-with-wine-on-linux/ It might help someone find a game that they want, I will add it to the wine games DB and such later on, now it's just something I do for my self, but I post it in case someone else finds it useful.
