@maiyannah AndStatus does have this feature: it allows you to post/reply as any ”You” (i.e. your account in AndStatus).
BUT again, by design of GNU Social, you can technically reply only to a copy of a message ("notice") that is located on the same GNU Social instance as an account that you want to use for reposting/replying/favoriting.
This means that in AndStatus in order to be able to reply to a message as somebody @ some host dot org, you need to:
1. Add a ”Social network” with "some host dot org"
2. Add your "somebody" account at this Social network to AndStatus.
3. Find needed message in that Social Network (e.g. by Syncing or via Global Search)
4. Tap the message and select Reply from a context menu.
As you can see on an attached screenshot, AndStatus not only correctly identifies your account for replying, but it also allows to choose between your accounts in this Social Network, if you have more than one (see the "Act as..." menu item). https://loadaverage.org/attachment/3072621
