@lnxw48a1 I believe you're right for the consumer fitbit/garmin devices.

I would quite like a decent consumer grade fitness watch that could just burp over CSVs on demand.

I have the Fitbit Versa 2 - smartwatches really aren't that awesome IMO. it's mostly a heart monitor and sleep tracker for me.

@lnxw48a1 ugh. What a mess. I tend to sit in vanguard index funds as a rule. But this will definitely screw people over who aren't prepared for high risk.
