Are there self-help resources or groups/communities to recover from capitalist abuses?

I worked day and night as sysadmin and now i have burnout and depression. I'm incapable of working for 2 years. I'm motivated to build a better world, but i'm unable to manage everyday life. Maybe that's the system protecting itself.
