@drahflow Yeah, I ended up just throwing some junk in there. But then you get to the Emergency Contacts section, and if you add a contact who is already a user, you get the same problem, so you have to add some junk there as well. >_>
Also: Mandatory binary gender, lots of overly restrictive mandatory fields, other nuisances. But the "name as unique key" was quite the cake-topper.
(And because of spending all this time fighting with the system, we're now waitlisted instead of signed up.)
@drwho We bought what turned out to be a shitty brand of envelope and it turns out it unsticks itself after a couple hours. 😬 We have to tape shut all outgoing mail.
Hopefully it's something as innocent as that. 🤞
