Sounds kinda dangerous and radical and you are definitely probably a communist -.-

Given how much more sluggish stuff is now vs Windows 98SE circa 2001, despite the computing power being orders of magnitude higher, I have to wonder if this couldn't be a thing.
Actually, I guess the real question is: what is really eating all that computing power?

https://htyp.org/User:Woozle/toot.cat/2018/04/07 -- scroll to the end to see the error messages I'm getting.
Basically, the message asks me to install this "idn" thing (okay, installed), then still can't find it but also suggests command-line options to point directly at it -- and then when I use one of those options, says it doesn't recognize it. The --help file agrees ain't no such option.
I didn't have this problem last time.

I'm planning to set up MediaGoblin soonish, but could step up the timetable if other people needed to use it.

Here's what I have so far:
* me - http://woozalia.com/
* https://eyeshadow2600fm.bandcamp.com/ ( @msk )
* http://sockpuppetmusic.com/ ( @fluffy )There are probably others.
It's Sunday, so I can't call this MastoMusicMonday. Maybe if I get a bunch more to add, I'll repost tomorrow with that hashtag.
