Thirty years ago, I used the holidays to rewrite our in-house 3d tool from scratch, based on specs and design I worked on for a year. On January 2nd 1994, the first version was running!
I'm incredible proud, humbled and impressed of where it went. Happy 30th birthday :) #b3d

Currently just blocking things out, adding details etc, then I'll tweak and make sure all details are correctly scaled etc. then shading.
Also I want to make it with the new #Eevee viewport, test all those new blender features, and make sure the scene looks perfect in viewport.

Today I'm adding support for diffuse color, so from now on my test render will not just be grey anymore hah.
After that I'm going to make the first custom shader with the properties I need.
