Most work will likely be done remotely, but for those in Cincinnati and Baltimore, occasional in-person meetings will be possible. While we are happy to teach you the basics of code (legal or software), marketing, and the music industry in general, we are looking for someone who can implement what they learn with minimal supervision. Early-on, we will expect short hourly reports on your progress (think twitter or text message) but we would hope that eventually that will not be needed.
