     I'm synchronizing my client to the network. I think the wallet contains something like 0.35 BTC.
     I highly doubt I'll make use of it before some of the "old-timers" start ruining the market by flooding a bajillion BTC everywhere.

     @mmn maybe it's useful for quick transfers, e.g. I want to donate money to some organisation without involving paypal - unfortunately exchanging to/into "normal" money is still problematic and expensive

     Yeah, I noticed for example when donating to #Conversations (Android XMPP client) that the author preferred #Bitcoin over #Paypal for example. So that's a really good use-case.

     @mmn I use Conversations too, perhaps I should donate to them as well. OTOH, Flattr is easier to use than bitcoin... :-)
