@clacke yes but with the reversal in which the user isn't the customer but thinks they are, and not only are the users not the customers (similar to mass media), no one's making content for them either. it's just the users. the users are creating the content that FB sells ad space for... back to the users, who have to view it. multiple levels of deception.
