@clacke I'm reading English translations. The first story with Sherlock Holmes is great, because you think he's treating the character with respect up until the end, where Maurice Leblanc makes him out to be a bit of a fool. The stories wouldn't be good if Leblanc treated Holmes like Doyle did early on, where Holmes is perfect. Arsène Lupin is a great series and I'd definitely recommend it.
