#docker unexpectedly stopped working? Claims docker daemon not running when it's running?

No idea why that wasn't there, I use docker every day. New dependency that they failed to declare?

Found it by running `dockerd -D` and then searching the web for "Couldn't run auplink before unmount". Found a pull request from 2013 and ran with that information.

Weird.
